Clinical case management services are provided by a healthcare professional who has experience and knowledge in areas like social services, addiction treatment, and mental health care. They are here to help connect you with the right support and resources.
Our therapy groups focus on helping you better understand yourself and your emotions. We use tools like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support personal growth. Topics we explore include managing anger, coping with grief and loss, building self-esteem, finding safety, and more.
To join the program, you'll need to complete a Comprehensive Intake Evaluation. This includes an assessment of your current mental health, a detailed history of any psychiatric symptoms, and a review of your substance use and past treatment experiences.
Crisis intervention provides immediate support to individuals going through intense stress. During this time, we will assess any risk of harm to themselves or others, including thoughts of suicide, violence, or other harmful behaviors, to ensure they receive the right care.
Our educational groups are designed to help you learn and develop new skills. These sessions include a mix of talks, videos, and handouts. Topics covered may include things like understanding nicotine, learning about medications, managing co-occurring disorders, and much more.
Individual therapy is a private session with a trained professional and an important part of your treatment plan. In these sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your progress, any challenges you’ve faced, and explore topics that you might not feel comfortable discussing in a group. You'll also receive personalized support and guidance from someone on your treatment team.
Our IOP services offer both individual and group counseling for substance use, education about the health effects of substance abuse and dependence, and support for preventing relapse. For clients with co-occurring mental health conditions, we also provide psychiatric services and medication monitoring.
Medication monitoring is the regular process of checking how your prescribed medication (Medication Assisted Therapy) is working for you. During these visits, we will review how you’re feeling, make any necessary changes to your medication, order tests, and assess how well the treatment is helping you.
